Below is a partial listing of long-term contract positions that are presently available.  

Electrical Engineer - Southeast
Ability to apply professional knowledge to provide engineering solutions for plant projects ranging from simple to complex, e.g., from lighting and voltage drop calculations to switchgear specification and power distribution design.  Ability to perform design services, develop electrical equipment and construction specifications, apply codes and standards, carry out field engineering work and effectively interface with clients. Ability to review project work by other engineers/designers and assist other engineers/designers in reviewing quantities, costs, design, accuracy, completeness, and constructability.  BSEE required.

Lead Structural Engineer - Southeast
Lead engineering projects and provide engineering design. Supervise other engineers and designers as required. Develop scopes of work, material takeoffs, schedules, and man hour estimates. BS in Civil Engr. required. Proficient in Staad Pro, Enercalc, PVA MATs, and other structural design programs. Requires 10-15 years experience in designing industrial type projects.

Civil Engineer - Southeast
Prefer 5 – 10 years experience. PE not required but desired. Experienced in all aspects of industrial civil engineering design and construction to include railroad design (grading, roads, irrigation/water supply, sewage systems, pipelines, etc.). CAD proficient; little supervision. Identify requirements to meet Federal, State, or local codes. Will supervise projects as needed.

Structural Designer - Southeast
Duties include developing designs, layouts, details, and preparation of supporting calculations.  Review drawings, calculations and specifications for accuracy, compatibility, consistency, and for compliance with design criteria and overall project requirements. Must be proficient with Microstation. Review vendor prints, shop drawings, and field installation for compliance with contract documents.  

Project Controls Manager - Southeast

Responsible for maintaining project ledgers showing budget line items, committments, expenditures and forecasts.  Ensures the integrity of the project budget through approved scope changes, fiscal changes, and contingency allocations.  Degree  and experience with Primavera required.

PDS Electrical Designer  - Southeast
The individual will be responsible for designing electrical power and control systems for industrial environments. Job requirements include the ability to develop installment drawings, including equipment layouts and physical installation drawings, power single-line and grounding diagrams, elementary control and connection diagrams, panel internal layouts, building lighting and utilities, etc. Must be proficient in PDS.

PDS Piping Designer - South Carolina
Responsibilities include preparing and checking equipment and piping layouts, isometrics, supports, MTO, etc. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 to 12 years experience in piping design,  with at least 5 years experience performing 3D modeling with Intergraph PDS.

Mechanical Estimator - Southeast
Prepare cost estimates and analysis of cost data for all types of estimates for project.  Interface directly with project teams and clients as required.  Prepare change orders and inform appropriate parties of projected changes to indicated final costs.  Requires a minimum of ten years in industrial estimating, and strong computer skills.

I/E Reliability Engineer - Texas
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (or related science) and a minimum of 2-years experience. Support of the Instrument / Electrical equipment and systems in the AN manufacturing process units. Troubleshoot, provide project support and unit turnaround/ shutdown support, identify and implement quality, process, and ESH issues and improvements, proper maintenance of documentation, and providing I/E assistance to the  I/E maintenance technicians with communication of same to management. Support document management (MOC process), capital installation efforts, and initiate Design Engineering Work Requests as necessary. Work closely with the  I/E Reliability Engineer and assume responsibilities and duties to complete tasks identified.


CAD Layout Coordinator - South Carolina

Strong and recent Microstation experience required.  Position is responsible for maintaining master layoput CAD files and assembling design info/drawings from different portions of project.  Long-term assignment (length projected at two years) at client plant site.

Cost Analyst - Southeast
Responsibilities include performing diverse duties in the areas of cost engineering, system development, client relations and management interface. Trend cost and inform appropriate parties of changes to indicate final project costs. Interface directly with project teams and clients as required. Analyze and report cost data associated with project status reports for project and client management. Assist with preparation of project financial reports. Prepare cost reports.

Electrical Engineer - EIT

Responsibilities include electrical distribution design and specifications for both medium (5 kV to 35 kV) and low voltage (600V and below) systems for industrial plants and other facilities.  Perform lighting design, specifications, and calculations, design of control wiring, power wiring and specifications for PLC and DCS controlled motors and instrumentation.  BSEE Required.

Mechanical Designer - Texas
Requires minimum of eight years of experience in mechanical (piping) design.  Must be proficient with Microstation V8.  Position requires significant field work to produce the design/project deliverables required for both capital projects and maintenance projects.  Pipie fitting experience is desirable.

Sr. Level Cost Engineer - Southeast
Responsibilities include set up/coordination of WBS/Estimate/CI Web, interfacing direct with project team and client as required. Perform auditing functions for all work generated by costs analyst as required. Prepare cost reports and assist with preparation of project financial reports. Responsibility also includes coordination of manhour entry data, invoice and change orders.  
10 years Project Cost experience, SAP experience preferred.

Lead Estimator - South Carolina
10+ years of engineering/procurement/construction estimating experience with the ability to perform and review all estimating efforts and lead, supervise and direct estimating team. Responsibilities include providing development and maintenance of estimating system, coordinate estimate initiation, preparation, review and finalization with all project managers, discipline managers, discipline leads and the client. Ability to organize and sequence estimating activities, and strong willingness to adapt and utilize company database software to manage the estimate and its direct integration with the schedule and cost functions. SAP experience and degree preferred. 

E&I Designer - Alabama
Provide Microstation drafting/design services in support of plant electrical engineering services at Client location. Services to include design/drafting on capital projects and area support for electrical and instrument engineering requests. Field work capability is required. Must be familiar with PLC’s (AB and other, programming a plus), ProVox/Delta V hardware and installation (programming a plus), substations, pumps, distillation columns, tanks, reactors, rectifiers, analyzer houses and all types of instrumentation associated with those pieces of equipment. Normally, 13.2kV and below power requirements.


Project Controls Specialist - Southeast

Perform quantity surveys and unit cost estimating. Prepare and disseminate all required documentation records such as reports, punch lists , material requirement calculations, etc. Interpret design/drawings for crafts installing materials. Track manpower utilization and productivity.  Experience with Primavera and knowledge of 3D CAD design platform is desired.


Senior Instrument Engineer - Southeast

Responsibilities include supervision and development of instrumentation deliverables, budgets and schedules.  Requires ten years experience in chemical process industry, and engineering software skills.  

Sr. Electrical Design Engineer (P.E.)
Responsibilities include electrical distribution design and specifications for both medium (5 kV to 35 kV) and low voltage (600V and below) systems for industrial plants and other facilities. Requires
knowledge of and experience in the design of the electrical interface for industrial control systems for motors and instruments, and preparation of motor control diagrams, instrument loops, junction box details, cable schedules and miscellaneous wiring diagrams. Familiarity with PLC and Digital control systems. Knowledge of AutoCADD software and the preparation of Electrical Contract Documents for Design Build and Design-Bid-Build Industrial Projects.  Registered Professional Engineer, with the ability to become registered in multiple states. NCEES registration preferred.

Piping Designer - Southeast
Minimum 10 years experience in Mechanical (piping) design, including a minimum of 3-5 years of experience on industrial type projects. AutoCAD  proficient.  Long-term assignment.

Senior Instrument Designer
Responsibilities include supervision and development of instrumentation specification, instrument wiring drawings, CAD setup,CAD support, budgets and schedule.  
10 years experience in chemical process industry with Microstation and/or Auto CAD.  Intools experience a plus.


Mechanical Designer - South Carolina

Position is responsible for creating efficient, cost-effective commercial facilities design, and drafting commercial HVAC and plumbing systems, Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in  design and drafting of commercial HVAC systems, and a two-year degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Engineering Graphics or related curriculum. Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2006 or later

Project Estimator - Texas

Chemical manufacturing plant.  Requires 10  or more years of experience estimating all capital project disciplines.  Interface with project managers throughout project duration to facilitate cost control

Structural Designer - Southeast
Responsibilites include generating structural drawings and sketches using AutoCAD. Works closely with Designers, Drafters, and Engineers from other engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated design effort is maintained.
Plans and prepares final layouts and detailed design drawings from engineering notes and sketches. Two year technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter course is preferred, as well as 8-10 years of relevant experience.


AutoCAD Drafters/Designers - South Carolina
Multiple openings for drafters/designers with strong AutoCAD skills and steel detailing experience.  Very long-term assignment., requires a minimum of three years design experience and two year technical degree.

Structural Engineer - Southeast
BSCE. 10 to 15 yrs experience with industrial design.  Proficient in StaadPro, Enercal, PCA Mats. Registration preferred but not required.
